To make your AI twin we need your face (a few photos and one liveness selfie) and, if you choose, your voice. Nobody else can use them to make a twin of you.
We keep your twin's photos, selfie, voice recording and videos until you delete the twin. Deleting the twin deletes all of it.
Everything a twin makes is labelled AI. You approve each video before it is posted, unless you switch on auto-post.
We never sell your data and we show no ads. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
You must be 18 or older to use OleOle.

1. Who we are

OleOle is operated by ATMZ AI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTD, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we", "us" and "OleOle" mean that company. It is the data controller for everything described here.

2. Who can use OleOle

OleOle is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, make a twin, or watch. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete the account and everything in it.

3. What we collect

Your account: Your email address, your display name and handle, and an identifier from the sign-in service you use. We do not see your password.
Your twin: face and voice: If you make a twin, we collect the photos of your face you upload (three to eight), one liveness selfie taken live in the app, and, if you choose to record one, a voice recording of about twenty seconds. These are biometric data and we treat them with care: we use them only to check that the face in every photo is yours and to make your twin's videos. We ask for your explicit consent before collecting them, and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting your twin.
Your twin: what it talks about: Your answers to the three questions (what you know or care about, who you are talking to, how you sound), the twin's name, and every script, edit, approval and skip you make. This is how your twin learns what you want it to say.
What your twin makes: The videos, scripts and thumbnails your twin generates, whether you post them or not, and the record of when each was posted.
Chats: When talking to a twin is available, the text, voice notes and photos you send to it, and its replies.
Your device: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, a push-notification token, and crash reports. These keep the app working and let us tell you when today's video is ready.
Purchases: Payments go through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We receive a receipt and your subscription status, never your card details.
Waitlist on this website: If you join the waitlist we collect the email address you give and your answer to "What do you know about?". The server that receives the form keeps your IP address for up to 30 days to stop abuse.

4. Why we use it

To make your twin and its videos. Your photos and voice recording are the raw material for your twin's face and voice.
To make sure only you can make your twin. We compare every photo you upload to your liveness selfie and reject photos of anyone else.
To run the feed. Posted videos appear to other users with your twin's name, your handle and a visible "AI twin" label.
To keep OleOle safe. Scripts and chats pass through automated safety checks. A member of our team, or a human expert who looks after a twin, may read chats and scripts to review quality and safety. The app tells you this before your first chat.
To support you, answer your emails and handle reports.
To bill you through the app stores, and to keep the records the law requires.

We do not use your photos, voice or chats to advertise to you, and we do not sell them to anyone.

5. Where it is stored

Your photos, selfie, voice recording and videos are stored in our own S3 object storage, on servers we rent and control, encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the systems that make and serve your twin's videos and to the few people who run them. Account data, scripts and chats are stored in our databases on the same infrastructure.

6. Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers. Each one processes your data only on our instructions and only to provide the service named:

Google Cloud and Firebase: sign-in, push notifications and hosting of parts of our backend.
Google Gemini, through Vertex AI: writes the draft scripts for your twin and powers chats. Google does not use data sent through Vertex AI to train its models.
AI video and voice providers (currently fal.ai and ElevenLabs): receive your approved photos and voice recording to render your twin's videos and voice. They are contractually bound not to use them for anything else.
Apple App Store and Google Play: payments and subscriptions, under their own privacy policies.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. If OleOle is ever acquired or moves to a new company, this policy moves with your data and we tell you first.

7. AI labelling and your control over videos

Every twin and every video on OleOle is AI-generated and is labelled as such, in the app and in a watermark on the video itself. The label cannot be removed. Your twin posts nothing without you: you approve, edit or skip each video, until you choose to switch on auto-post. You can switch it off again at any time.

8. Health, money and difficult moments

Twins give general tips, not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice. If a chat suggests that someone may be in crisis, the twin stops and shows local helpline information. We may review such chats to make sure that happened. OleOle is not a therapist and not a doctor.

9. How long we keep it

Face photos, liveness selfie, voice recording, generated videos and scripts: until you delete the twin. Deleting the twin deletes all of them, including posted videos.
Chats: until you delete them or your account.
Account data: until you delete your account. Copies in backups disappear within 30 days after that.
Device data and crash reports: up to 90 days.
Waitlist emails: until we have sent the invitations, or until you ask us to remove yours.
Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

10. How to delete your twin or your account

Delete your twin in the app: Settings → Your twin → Delete twin. This deletes the photos, the selfie, the voice recording and every video, posted or not.
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your twin and everything else.
Or email support@oleole.ai from the address on your account and we do it for you.

Deletion is complete within 30 days. The steps are also on our support page.

11. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent for your face and voice at any time. Write to support@oleole.ai; we reply within 30 days. We follow the DIFC Data Protection Law 2020. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, or to the data protection authority where you live.

12. This website

oleole.ai sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts and every other file are served from our own domain, so visiting this site tells no third party you were here. The only data the site sends anywhere is the waitlist form, when you submit it, to our own server.

13. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything that matters, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
