Terms of use

- You must be 18 or older.
- You may only make a twin of yourself. Never of anyone else.
- Everything a twin makes is AI and carries an AI label that stays on.
- You approve every video before it posts, so you are responsible for what your twin says.
- Twins give general tips, not medical, financial or legal advice.
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and ATMZ AI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTD (DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), which operates OleOle: the app, the website oleole.ai and the services behind them. By creating an account or using OleOle you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data and is part of this agreement.
2. Who may use OleOle
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract where you live. One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Your twin
Only you can make your twin
- The photos and the voice recording you upload must be of you. Making a twin of anyone else, a friend, a public figure, an ex, is forbidden and gets the account closed.
- We check this: a liveness selfie, and a face match on every photo. Photos that do not match are rejected.
- You may not make a twin that impersonates another person, brand or organisation.
What you give us permission to do
You keep all rights to your photos, your voice and your likeness. You give us permission to use them to make your twin's videos and voice, to show those videos in OleOle with your twin's name and your handle, and to add the AI label and watermark. This permission ends when you delete your twin, except for copies that other users have already saved or shared, and copies we must keep by law.
You approve what your twin says
Your twin drafts; you decide. Every video waits for you to post, edit, regenerate or skip it, until you turn on auto-post, which you can turn off at any time. A video your twin posts is content you published. You are responsible for it in the same way as anything else you post.
How often your twin posts
Your twin can make a video every day. How many videos are free, and what a paid plan includes, is shown in the app and may change; we tell you before a change affects you.
4. Everything is AI, and says so
Every twin and every video on OleOle is AI-generated. We label it as AI in the app and with a watermark on the video. You may not remove, hide or cover the label, in OleOle or when you share a video elsewhere. Twins may make mistakes; do not present a twin's video as a recording of a real event.
5. Not medical, financial or legal advice
Twins share what their owners know in a general way. Nothing on OleOle is medical, mental-health, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and nothing replaces a professional who knows your situation. If you own a twin that talks about health or money, you agree to keep it general and to accept the disclaimers we add. OleOle is not therapy and is not an investment service.
6. Rules for everyone
Do not use OleOle to:
- make a twin of anyone but yourself, or pretend to be someone you are not;
- make or share sexual content, or give a twin a romantic or sexual persona;
- harass, threaten, shame or discriminate against anyone;
- make false or dangerous claims about health, medicine, money or investments;
- share anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- upload malware, scrape the service, or get around our safety checks and labels;
- use OleOle if you are under 18.
We may remove content, pause a twin or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without warning when the harm is serious. Anyone can report a video or a twin; the steps are on the support page.
7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Watching is free. Some features, such as daily posting beyond the free videos, are paid. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their rules; cancel a subscription in your store account. We cannot issue refunds directly.
8. Deleting your twin or account
You can delete your twin (Settings → Your twin → Delete twin) or your whole account (Settings → Account → Delete account) at any time, or ask us by email. Deleting a twin removes its photos, selfie, voice recording and every video. The details are in the privacy policy and on the support page.
9. What belongs to us
OleOle, its name, the wedge mark, the app, the website and everything we made are ours. You may not copy them or build a competing service out of them. Videos your twin makes are yours to share, with the label on.
10. What we promise, and what we do not
We work hard to keep OleOle running and safe, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, that a twin will look or sound exactly like you, or that a video will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and disputes are decided by the DIFC Courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date at the top and tell you in the app before anything important takes effect. If you keep using OleOle after that, the new terms apply.
