Email support@oleole.ai for anything: a question, a problem, a report, a deletion request. Write from the email address on your account when it concerns your account, so we can act on it straight away.
Delete your twin or your account
In the app
- Open Settings.
- To remove only the twin: Your twin → Delete twin. Your account stays; your twin's photos, selfie, voice recording and every video, posted or not, are deleted.
- To remove everything: Account → Delete account. Your twin, your chats, your profile and your data are deleted.
By email
Send "Delete my twin" or "Delete my account" to support@oleole.ai from the address on your account. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days. Copies in backups disappear within the same period. Purchase records stay as long as tax law requires; they contain no photos, voice or videos.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the two paths above.
Report a video or a twin
In the app
Tap ⋯ on any video or twin profile, then Report, and tell us what is wrong. You can also block a twin from the same menu.
Someone made a twin of you, or used your work
Email support@oleole.ai with a link to the twin or video, your name, and a way to confirm it is you (a short selfie video is enough). Twins may only be made of the person who makes them, so we act fast: we take the twin down while we check, and we close the account when the report is confirmed. We reply within 48 hours of receiving a complete report.
Questions people ask
Is that video really AI?
Yes. Every twin and every video on OleOle is AI-made, and labelled as AI in the app and with a watermark on the video. The person whose twin it is approved the video before it posted, unless they switched on auto-post.
What do I need to make my twin?
About five minutes, three to eight clear photos of your face, one live selfie, and, if you want your own voice, a twenty-second recording. Then three questions: what you know or care about, who you are talking to, how you sound.
Can I make a twin of someone else?
No. Every photo is matched against your live selfie, and photos of other people are rejected. Making a twin of anyone but yourself closes the account.
Does my twin post without me?
Not unless you ask it to. Each day's video waits for you to post, edit, regenerate or skip it. After you have approved a few, you can switch on auto-post; switch it off whenever you like.
Does a person read my chats?
Sometimes, to check quality and safety: a member of our team, or the human expert who looks after a twin. The app tells you this before your first chat, and you agree first.
Is this medical or financial advice?
No. Twins share what their owners know, in general terms. For anything about your health or your money, speak to a professional who knows your situation.
Billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Cancel, change or request a refund in your store account; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase did not unlock, email us with the receipt.
How old do I have to be?
18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 is using OleOle, tell us and we will remove the account.
I am on the waitlist. When do I get in?
We are inviting coaches and experts first, a few at a time, then everyone else. We email you when it is your turn. To be removed from the list, email hello@oleole.ai.
